What this site collects.

What you send us

When you submit the assessment form, we receive the answers and contact details you enter. We use them to reply to you and prepare a quote. They are stored in our project management tool, ClickUp. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Site analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site through aggregated interaction data, heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity masks sensitive content by default, and we do not send it the name, email or answers you type into the assessment form. Microsoft may process usage data under its privacy statement.

Advertising measurement

We save campaign labels, the landing page path, the referring website and visit times in your browser to connect a form request with the visits that brought you here. We use this information for up to 30 days, including when you move between our pages, and store it with a request you submit in ClickUp. It does not include your form answers, full referring URLs or advertising click identifiers. You can remove it by clearing this site's browser data.

We use the Meta Pixel to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads bring people to this site, and to show our ads to people who have visited. It records page visits and when a form is sent. It does not receive the name, email or answers you type into the form. Meta may set cookies and process this data under its own privacy policy.

You can limit this in your Meta ad preferences, through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.

The free guides

You can open every guide without giving us an email. If you choose to subscribe through a guide form, we receive the work email and guide you requested. We store that request in ClickUp and use the address to send occasional practical QDOT guides. We do not sell the address. Every marketing message will include a way to unsubscribe.

Checklist answers you tick inside a guide are saved only in your own browser. They are never sent to us or anyone else.

Questions or deletion

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, send a note through the form on the home page and say so. We will act on it within 30 days.
